I used to think I had to go all in and push myself to get results in my health and life, especially as I was aging.

But this kind of action was hard to maintain long enough to actually see any real results, which left me feeling frustrated and overwhelmed.

After becoming a certified health and life coach trained in habit formation, I learned how to avoid making common mistakes when trying to form healthier habits.

I also learned how to live a more balanced life, ditching the all or nothing mindset.
